When it was evening, he came with the twelve. 18And
when they had taken their places and were eating, Jesus
said, ‘Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me,
one who is eating with me.’ 19They began to be distressed
and to say to him one after another, ‘Surely, not I?’
20He said to them, ‘It is one of the twelve, one who
is dipping bread* into the bowl* with me. 21For the
Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to
that one by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would
have been better for that one not to have been born.’
17 到了晚上、耶穌和十二個門徒都來了。
18 他們坐席正喫的時候、耶穌說、我實在告訴你們、你們中間有一個與我同喫的人要賣我了。
19 他們就憂愁起來、一個一個的問他說、是我麼。
20 耶穌對他們說、是十二個門徒中同我蘸手在盤子裡的那個人。
21 人子必要去世、正如經上指著他所寫的．但賣人子的人有禍了。那人不生在世上倒好。 |

When it was evening, he took his place with the twelve;*
21and while they were eating, he said, ‘Truly I tell
you, one of you will betray me.’ 22And they became
greatly distressed and began to say to him one after
another, ‘Surely not I, Lord?’ 23He answered, ‘The
one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will
betray me. 24The Son of Man goes as it is written of
him, but woe to that one by whom the Son of Man is betrayed!
It would have been better for that one not to have been
born.’ 25Judas, who betrayed him, said, ‘Surely not
I, Rabbi?’ He replied, ‘You have said so.’
20 到了晚上、耶穌和十二個門徒坐席。
21 正喫的時候、耶穌說、我實在告訴你們、你們中間有一個人要賣我了。
22 他們就甚憂愁、一個一個的問他說、主、是我麼。23 耶穌回答說、同我蘸手在盤子裡的、就是他要賣我。
24 人子必要去世、正如經上指著他所寫的、但賣人子的人有禍了．那人不生在世上倒好。
25 賣耶穌的猶大問他說、拉比、是我麼。耶穌說、你說的是。 |

20And
he did the same with the cup after supper, saying, ‘This
cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in
my blood.* 21But see, the one who betrays me is with
me, and his hand is on the table. 22For the Son of Man
is going as it has been determined, but woe to that
one by whom he is betrayed!’ 23Then they began to ask
one another which one of them it could be who would
do this.
20 飯後也照樣拿起杯來、說、這杯是用我血所立的新約、是為你們流出來的。
21 看哪、那賣我之人的手、與我一同在桌子上。
22 人子固然要照所豫定的去世．但賣人子的人有禍了。
23 他們就彼此對問、是那一個要作這事。 |

21 After saying this Jesus was troubled
in spirit, and declared, ‘Very truly, I tell you, one
of you will betray me.’ 22The disciples looked at one
another, uncertain of whom he was speaking. 23One of
his disciples?the one whom Jesus loved?was reclining
next to him; 24Simon Peter therefore motioned to him
to ask Jesus of whom he was speaking. 25So while reclining
next to Jesus, he asked him, ‘Lord, who is it?’ 26Jesus
answered, ‘It is the one to whom I give this piece
of bread when I have dipped it in the dish.’* So when
he had dipped the piece of bread, he gave it to Judas
son of Simon Iscariot.* 27After he received the piece
of bread,* Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him,
‘Do quickly what you are going to do.’ 28Now no one
at the table knew why he said this to him. 29Some thought
that, because Judas had the common purse, Jesus was
telling him, ‘Buy what we need for the festival’;
or, that he should give something to the poor. 30So,
after receiving the piece of bread, he immediately went
out. And it was night.*
21 耶穌說了這話、心裡憂愁、就明說、我實實在在的告訴你們、你們中間有一個人要賣我了。
22 門徒彼此對看、猜不透所說的是誰。23 有一個門徒、是耶穌所愛的、側身挨近耶穌的懷裡。
24 西門彼得點頭對他說、你告訴我們、主是指著誰說的。25 那門徒便就勢靠著耶穌的胸膛、問他說、主阿、是誰呢。
26 耶穌回答說、我蘸一點餅給誰、就是誰。耶穌就蘸了一點餅、遞給加略人西門的兒子猶大。
27 他喫了以後、撒但就入了他的心。耶穌便對他說、你所作的快作罷。
28 同席的人、沒有一個知道為甚麼對他說這話。
29 有人因猶大帶著錢囊、以為耶穌是對他說、你去買我們過節所應用的東西．或是叫他拿甚麼賙濟窮人。
30 猶大受了那點餅、立刻就出去．那時候是夜間了。
