Mark 6

   35When it grew late, his disciples came to him and said, ‘This is a deserted place, and the hour is now very late; 36send them away so that they may go into the surrounding country and villages and buy something for themselves to eat.’ 37But he answered them, ‘You give them something to eat.’ They said to him, ‘Are we to go and buy two hundred denarii* worth of bread, and give it to them to eat?’ 38And he said to them, ‘How many loaves have you? Go and see.’ When they had found out, they said, ‘Five, and two fish.’ 39Then he ordered them to get all the people to sit down in groups on the green grass. 40So they sat down in groups of hundreds and of fifties. 41Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before the people; and he divided the two fish among them all. 42And all ate and were filled; 43and they took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and of the fish. 44Those who had eaten the loaves numbered five thousand men.

35 天己經晚了、門徒進前來說、這是野地、天已經晚了、36 請叫眾人散開、他們好往四面鄉村裡去、自己買甚麼喫。37 耶穌回答說、你們給他們喫罷．門徒說、我們可以去買二十兩銀子的餅、給他們喫麼。38 耶穌說、你們有多少餅、可以去看看．他們知道了、就說、五個餅、兩條魚。39 耶穌吩咐他們叫眾人一幫一幫的、坐在青草地上。40 眾人就一排一排的坐下、有一百一排的、有五十一排的。41 耶穌拿著這五個餅、兩條魚、望著天祝福、擘開餅、遞給門徒擺在眾人面前．也把那兩條魚分給眾人。
42 他們都喫、並且喫飽了。43 門徒就把碎餅碎魚、收拾起來、裝滿了十二個籃子。
44 喫餅的男人、共有五千。

Matthew 14

   14When he went ashore, he saw a great crowd; and he had compassion for them and cured their sick. 15When it was evening, the disciples came to him and said, ‘This is a deserted place, and the hour is now late; send the crowds away so that they may go into the villages and buy food for themselves.’ 16Jesus said to them, ‘They need not go away; you give them something to eat.’ 17They replied, ‘We have nothing here but five loaves and two fish.’ 18And he said, ‘Bring them here to me.’ 19Then he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds. 20And all ate and were filled; and they took up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve baskets full. 21And those who ate were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

14 耶穌出來、見有許多的人、就憐憫他們、治好了他們的病人。15天將晚的時候、門徒進前來說、這是野地、時候已經過了．請叫眾人散開、他們好往村子裡去、自己買喫的。16 耶穌說、不用他們去、你們給他們喫罷。17 門徒說、我們這裡只有五個餅、兩條魚。18 耶穌說、拿過來給我。19 於是吩咐眾人坐在草地上．就拿著這五個餅、兩條魚、望著天、祝福、擘開餅、遞給門徒．門徒又遞給眾人。20 他們都喫、並且喫飽了．把剩下的零碎收拾起來、裝滿了十二個籃子。21 喫的人除了婦女孩子、約有五千。

Luke 9

  10 On their return the apostles told Jesus* all they had done. He took them with him and withdrew privately to a city called Bethsaida. 11When the crowds found out about it, they followed him; and he welcomed them, and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed to be cured.

12 The day was drawing to a close, and the twelve came to him and said, ‘Send the crowd away, so that they may go into the surrounding villages and countryside, to lodge and get provisions; for we are here in a deserted place.’ 13But he said to them, ‘You give them something to eat.’ They said, ‘We have no more than five loaves and two fish?unless we are to go and buy food for all these people.’ 14For there were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, ‘Make them sit down in groups of about fifty each.’ 15They did so and made them all sit down. 16And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. 17And all ate and were filled. What was left over was gathered up, twelve baskets of broken pieces.

10 使徒回來、將所作的事告訴耶穌．耶穌就帶他們暗暗的離開那裡、往一座城去、那城名叫伯賽大。
11 但眾人知道了、就跟著他去．耶穌便接待他們、對他們講論　神國的道、醫治那些需醫的人。
12 日頭快要平西、十二個門徒來對他說、請叫眾人散開、他們好往四面鄉村裡去借宿找喫的．因為我們這裡是野地。
13 耶穌說、你們給他們喫罷。門徒說、我們不過有五個餅、兩條魚．若不為去這許多人買食物就不彀。
14 那時、人數約有五千。耶穌對門徒說、叫他們一排一排的坐下、每排大約五十個人。
15 門徒就如此行、叫眾人都坐下。
16 耶穌拿著這五個餅、兩條魚、望著天祝福、擘開、遞給門徒擺在眾人面前。
17 他們就喫、並且都喫飽了．把剩下的零碎收拾起來、裝滿了十二籃子。

John 6  
1 After this Jesus went to the other side of the Sea of Galilee, also called the Sea of Tiberias.*  2A large crowd kept following him, because they saw the signs that he was doing for the sick. 3Jesus went up the mountain and sat down there with his disciples. 4Now the Passover, the festival of the Jews, was near. 5When he looked up and saw a large crowd coming towards him, Jesus said to Philip, ‘Where are we to buy bread for these people to eat?’ 6He said this to test him, for he himself knew what he was going to do. 7Philip answered him, ‘Six months’ wages* would not buy enough bread for each of them to get a little.’ 8One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him, 9‘There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. But what are they among so many people?’ 10Jesus said, ‘Make the people sit down.’ Now there was a great deal of grass in the place; so they* sat down, about five thousand in all. 11Then Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated; so also the fish, as much as they wanted. 12When they were satisfied, he told his disciples, ‘Gather up the fragments left over, so that nothing may be lost.’ 13So they gathered them up, and from the fragments of the five barley loaves, left by those who had eaten, they filled twelve baskets.

1 這事以後、耶穌渡過加利利海、就是提比哩亞海。2 有許多人、因為看見他在病人身上所行的神蹟、就跟隨他。3 耶穌上了山、和門徒一同坐在那裡。4 那時猶太人的逾越節近了。5 耶穌舉目看見許多人來、就對腓力說、我們從那裡買餅叫這些人喫呢。 6 他說這話、是要試驗腓力．他自己原知道要怎樣行。7 腓力回答說、就是二十兩銀子的餅、叫他們各人喫一點、也是不彀的。8 有一個門徒、就是西門彼得的兄弟安得烈、對耶穌說、9 在這裡有一個孩童、帶著五個大麥餅、兩條魚．只是分給這許多人、還算甚麼呢。10 耶穌說、你們叫眾人坐下。原來那地方的草多、眾人就坐下、數目約有五千。11 耶穌拿起餅來、祝謝了、就分給那坐著的人．分魚也是這樣、都隨著他們所要的。12 他們喫飽了、耶穌對門徒說、把剩下的零碎、收拾起來、免得有蹧蹋的。13 他們便將那五個大麥餅的零碎、就是眾人喫了剩下的、收拾起來、裝滿了十二個籃子。
